Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Technical Administrator, based in Aberdeen
Responsibilities will include:
Delivering a first class administration function that supports the department.
Coordination or delivery of a range of standard office administration tasks.
In addition, the role will have specific responsibilities associated with your reporting line
HND in Office Administration, Business Management, Computer Studies or other relevant subject or suitable equivalent experience through on the job training and development
Ideally accreditation in business software, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Skills & experience
Appropriate administrative experience with a good understanding of the confidentiality requirements of working in an Operator environment are essential
Excellent organisational and communication skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to work on own initiative and with time constraints
Good working knowledge of computer software, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Prior experience of working in a busy office environment and the ability to focus and execute priorities
Interpersonal Skills & Qualities
Ability to work under own initiative
Excellent communication skills at all levels in the organization
Able to engage with, and influence, a diverse range of internal stakeholders
Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
