Position Title: Team Lead- Process
Location Mumbai- Offshore
Job Summary To plan, co-ordinate and execute core discipline related field operations as defined in the work plan in an efficient, cost effective manner by ensuring safety of the personnel and the equipment. Continuous monitoring of the plant parameters to ensure production rate and qualities are being met and takes corrective actions as required.
Reports to Process Team Lead
Key Accountabilities
* Plan, schedule and implement work plans and AMS activities in a cost effective and safe manner to enhance the productivity of the plant.
* Monitoring of the plant parameters to ensure standalone Operability of equipment, work towards on & quality are being met and takes corrective actions as required. Works as shift in charge/Area Authority.
* Plan, schedule and implement work plans and AMS activities in a cost effective and safe manner.
* Ensure effective use of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for scheduling jobs, generating reports, management of inventory/spares, reordering and proper record keeping.
* Review spare parts availability of safety and business critical equipment and assist LE for maintain the spares.
* Ensure all the operations are compliant to company recommended standard operating procedures and policies. Prepare standard operating procedures, Task Risk assessment and Permit to work (PTW) systems.
* Responsible for effective implementation of the various changes in plans when required.
* Monitoring and analysis of Plant parameters and recommend & take corrective measures for continued Safe Plant operations.
* Identify opportunities from the field for improving operations efficiency and enhancing safety procedures.
* Carry out troubleshooting on Equipment and Plant problem areas without compromising on Safety and Integrity to the People & plant.
* Carry out Job Hazard analysis and implement the same along with PtW.
* Coordinate with satellite/main complex platforms for execution of activities.
* Coordinate with Production engineering to facilitate well intervention jobs at PA.
* Acts as stand in TL (Process) & act as Issuing authority as and when required.
* Participates in various plant emergency drills and provides inputs to the ECC.
* Act as Area Authority for routine and non- routine Operation/Maintenance tasks and also during Well intervention Tasks.
* Responsible for preparing Plant procedures towards Shutdown & Process Job requirements for approval within the Company procedures.
* Plan and execute Shutdown activities including material and manpower requirements in a cost effective manner.
* Ensures learning and coaching of sub-ordinates for ground level skill building.
* Be able to work in multi-disciplinary Teams
* Participates in various forums for providing field inputs to the project/brown-field team.
* Act as an area authority for departmental activities.
* Isolating authority for safe execution of the job.
* Acts as shift in charge and responsible for safe delivery of integrated operations for business delivery.
* Planning, execution for various routine and non-routine activities.
* Calls external contractors for delivering the maintenance plans.
Qualification
* Diploma/Graduate in Chemical / Petroleum Engineering
* Proficiency in MS office, CMMS system.
* Be fully knowledgeable of Facilities and procedures.
* Understand HSSE requirements and ensure putting "Safety First" principle during work.
* Understanding of their role in Asset processes and procedures.
* Ability to work as a Team and willingness to Learn.
* Ability to take initiative to deal with problems and complete tasks.
* Demonstrate good planning and execution skills to drive the team for achieving targets in given time frame.
* Should have ability to get into finer details and highlight concerns in advance.
* Learn and transfer learning into operation and value.
* Plan and prioritize own work effectively.
* Show awareness of full picture of work and operations and communicate it appropriately to Stakeholders at Offshore.
* Good analytical skills and problem solving approach.
* Demonstrate Ability to challenge outcomes and views related to own area of operations Viz. Production, HSSE, Asset Integrity
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
