Our client is currently recruiting for the position of T&C Administrator, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities include:
Produce Monthly Reports and Expiry Reports from T&C Database ( Access )
Book refresher courses, including hotels and issue Joining Instructions
Update bookings tracker ( Excel)
Check Monthly Invoice Previews
Filing CBTA paperwork paper and electronic
Update T&C Matrices
Chase missing Competence Assessment (CBTA) paperwork
Monitor T&C Email Inbox
Assist to prepare Permit to Work ( PTW) training packs
Scanning/updating records and issuing to relevant parties upon course completion
Assist with file audits
Chase and process Core Crew and Vendor training certification
Assist with any other occasional admin support matter as may be requested by the HR Manager
