FTSE 100 Company based throughout the UK is seeking a Systems Development Accountant for their offices based in Reading - Hyperion Financial Planning is the system of choice, therefore if you are a Hyperion Financial Planning Super User along with Oracle ideally this may suit your requirements.

Working with Oracle Hyperion applications, you will be involved in all aspects of project lifecycle and play an active business as usual role in the Finance Systems Team. You will implement system development projects into the business following analysis, design, testing and deliver training throughout the Finance Department and other areas of the business. You will be required to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including cross-functional Finance teams and the Group Finance Function.

The successful candidate will be required to have significant experience with finance system design and delivery.

Be confident in financial reporting, planning and budgeting and be able to operate effectively in a cross functional environment.

Demonstrate an understanding of financial support and governance framework.

Skills and Experience

  • Qualified Accountant or qualified by experience
  • Proven and tested finance system design and delivery
  • Financial planning and budgeting
  • Design, testing and delivering projects for training
  • Experience of Oracle Hyperion Planning or equivalent
  • Maintain and implement training documents
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio.
  • Available to travel to sites across the UK
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Exceptional communication

£40-55k + Annual Bonus + Additional Benefits.
