Job description

Orion Group are sourcing a Supply Chain Project Manager on behalf of our Multinational Biotechnology Client on an initial 12-month contract located in South Dublin.

The Supply Chain Project Manager will work with the EU Supplier Relationship Team supporting key initiatives and activities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Supplier Related Quality Investigations.
  • Mapping of Processes for improvement opportunities.
  • Coordination and Facilitation of Supplier Business Reviews.
  • Maintenance and update of EU Supplier Relationship KPI dashboards and communication tools.
  • Support of Supply Resiliency Efforts.
  • Track supplier related activities required to support NPI programs.
  • Management of Continuous Improvement Projects.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Engineering or Supply Chain discipline.
  • Project management experience in pharmaceutical operations.
  • Operational excellence experience with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt Certification an advantage.
  • Proficient in business IS tools such as Smartsheet, Spotfire, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Problem solving capabilities to include use of tools such as fishbone analysis and 5-Why.
  • Supplier Management.
