To manage and co-ordinate reservoir engineering and geological & geophysical activities related to subsurface for the gas project. You must have GAS project experience.

Ensure efficient exploration of existing concessions, appraisal of discoveries and evaluation of potential new growth areas in line with the overall corporate business objectives.

Contribute to the development and execution of short to mid-term plans to ensure alignment with the KE's strategic priorities, and the corporate goals.

Monitor, control and report key performance indicators related to Subsurface department to track performance and recommend corrective actions.

Manage the activities and work performed by direct reports to ensure that it is carried out in an efficient and effective manner, in line with the annual business plans, and policies and procedures.

Recommend training and development interventions for team members to build their capabilities.

Contribute to knowledge dissemination/sharing in a way that assists with building internal capabilities of employees where applicable and maximize their effective performance.

Manage the development of field development plans, identifying opportunities, risks and uncertainties Arrange reservoir simulation models to project and test production and reservoir management scenarios, confirm or identify reservoir behaviour, and recommend actions from simulations studies.

Propose wells to be drilled, worked over or re-entered and identify / initiate Enhanced Gas Recovery strategies/options from reservoir studies.

Plan and direct reservoir engineering related operations and assessment programmes and lead the estimation and evaluation of hydrocarbon reserves and future reservoir performance under various operating conditions. Recommend and directs optimum and economic reservoir management practices

Manage well flow tests; manage the interpretation of Well Testing data and collection of reservoir data and monitor the building/updating of dynamic reservoir model ensuring accurate development of plans for reservoir development.

Supervise the planning of drilling activities for reservoir development and contributes in the preparation of the Drilling/Workover plans in coordination with the Drilling Manager while providing recommendations for drilling operations.

Manage and monitor all geological and geophysical operations and ensure that all assets related subsurface programs, schedules and safety standards requirements are met. Direct, supervise, and coordinate logistic supporting works.

Manage the planning and execution of Seismic surveys and direct & oversee characterization activities ensuring accurate and timely acquiring, processing & interpretation of data for building a new geological model while updating the existing model.

Review and endorse a wide variety of study reports and analysis. Review and endorse maintenance of a wide variety of geo-science database, characterization software and modern computer system
