Subsea Systems Engineer to supports the design, delivery, and installation of subsea production systems across our portfolio of offshore projects. This role is central to ensuring that subsea hardware, control systems, and field architectures are engineered to meet project objectives in safety, operability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Sitting within the Discipline Engineering team, you will collaborate closely with cross disciplinary engineering and project delivery teams, working with EPC contractors, suppliers, and offshore operations to deliver integrated subsea solutions from concept through execution and into operations.
Project Delivery
• Provide subsea technical expertise through FEED, detailed design, manufacturing, FAT, SIT, installation, and commissioning.
• Generate scopes of work for engineering contractors and equipment delivery.
• Assure contractor engineering deliverables for technical compliance, quality, and performance.
• Participate in design reviews (incl. HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA).
• Contract management (as required).
Integration, Safety & Assurance
• Take an active role in the definition of engineering standards within Adura.
• Drive continuous improvement and be an active participant in developing ways of working for the new Adura organisation.
• Ensure compliance with Adura engineering standards, industry codes (API, ISO, DNV), and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with third-party verification bodies to verify the integrity of subsea systems.
• Champion safety-by-design and reliability driven engineering throughout all project phases.
