**Subsea Contract Engineer - Oil & Gas Sector**
We are seeking an experienced Subsea Contract Engineer for a major project based in Paris, France. This is your chance to join a multidisciplinary team at a Major Operator working towards innovative solutions for deep and shallow water explorations project.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Overseeing contractual activities related to various packages with emphasis on the Subsea package.
- Preparing tendering dossiers, managing Call For Tenders processes including clarification/negotiation phases as well as evaluating proposals.
- Coordinating documentation preparation alongside ERP system management for contracts within affiliate/head office tools.
- Commercially administering awarded Contracts while liaising with technical specialists concerning Contractor oversight.
**This Role Will Require You To:**
- Engage actively with both HeadQuarter teams and Affiliates ensuring support across legal, insurance, finance etc., domains connected to contract execution stages
- Keep accurate records pertaining contractual matters; manage key dates set against those defined within agreements
**Your Profile Should Include:**
* Minimum 10 years' professional experience ideally gained within Oil & Gas Cost Control Management
* Proven track record (minimum 5 years) handling complex projects effectively
The successful candidate will be fluent in English and French languages offering their expertise from November 2024 onwards under resident status located conveniently in Paris.
