**SPS/UFR Package Project Control Leads - Exciting Opportunity in Paris, France**
We are looking for SPS/UFR Package Project Control Leads who can navigate through complex contracts and lead diverse teams towards achieving excellence. This opportunity is situated amidst the rich cultural backdrop of Paris.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Subsea package (SURF or SPS) including planning, budget control, risk management coordination
- Ensure adherence to HSSE rules and company ethics policies
- Coordinate contract processes from initiation to awarding alongside comprehensive technical management collaboration
- Develop strategies for cost optimization whilst maintaining stringent controls over progress schedules
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- A solid background spanning at least 15 years specifically tailored around Oil & Gas contract administration
- Proficiency both in English and French languages is crucial given the international aspect of this position.
Skills You Will Need:
* Contract Management - Negotiate effectively ensuring robust terms throughout various stages from drafting until final signatures.
* Risk Assessment - Maintain up-to-date insights into potential risks affecting projects by coordinating closely with relevant stakeholders.
* Budget Oversight - Keep track of expenses meticulously aiming always at identifying avenues for financial efficiency without compromising quality standards.
This one-year contractual engagement boasts immediate availability while opening doors potentially leading up to four more rewarding years after key milestones have been achieved.
