922078 - Soft Services Coordinator

We are currently looking to recruit a Soft Services Coordinator for a permanent position based in the North of Scotland

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assisting in the day to day running of the soft services operation, ensuring continuous responsibility for providing a safe, quality and cost effective service
  • Advising and instructing domestics and supervisors in their daily duties
  • Working with the Service Manager in the continuous review, amendment and development of the standard operating procedure manuals in respct of soft services
  • Maintaining courteous and pleasent communication with residents, staff and visitors
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with key client contacts
  • Supporting the Service Manager to identify, develop and implement efficiences within service initiatives in line with company procedures
  • Leading and supervising cleaning services staff, carrying out routine and ad-hoc cleaning duties as required to ensure compliance with contract performance standards
  • Good understanding of how to integrate and interpret project data to make informed decisions
  • Contribute to profit/loss making decisions throughout the project work
  • Have a proven track record in project set up, scheduling, planning and reporting
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on tmie
  • Resource requirement planning
  • Inter-departmental and client facing skills and ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Capable of managing commercial correspondance with suppliers

This is a permanent position

The salary for this position is negotiable
