Position Description and Responsibilities

· The role is responsible for the proper execution of multi disciplinary capital, compliance, and and equipment replacement projects.

· Manage the projects in accordance with company objectives.

· Manage scope and cashflow.

· To ensure health and safety of all internal and external employees working on the projects and that there is no impact as to quality.

· Provide frequent concise updates to key stakeholders & local and global management.

· Responsible for execution of the projects.

· That all current legal standards, GMP and compliance are met.

· Ensures that the excellent interdepartmental relationships are maintained with all other Company depts.

· Monitors are coaches the project team members to ensure that this objective is met.

· Maintain a continual focus on cost awareness.

· Manage project expense and capital budgets.

Experience and Education

· Education - Academic degree in relevant engineering discipline.

· Relevant courses in GMP, project management, process/design excellence and personnel management.

· Experience to be not less than 5 years in industry of which not less than 3 years in industry & 1 year in a managerial role.


Methodology/Certification Requirements

Relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 1 years experience in a technical position

Technical leadership

Advanced technical degree

Prior experience in a GMP or medical device manufacturing environment

Prior experience in equipment and process validation activities

Process development experience

Equipment conceptual skills

Experience of bespoke capital equipment
