**Great opportunity in the Ross-Shire area**

Our client is looking for a Site Manager for their site in Ross-Shire.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Liaise with the Service Manager regarding all aspects of production
  2. Liaise with customers regarding progress and timescales.
  3. Ensure all paperwork, weekly reports, timesheets, purchase orders are returned on time
  4. Responsible for staff objectives and appraisals.
  5. Liaise with Buyer/Stock Controller in the purchase of parts.
  6. Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the assembly site, identifying and implementing improvements.
  7. Ensure the assembly site complies with Health and Safety regulations
  8. Responsible for the manufacture/construction of products liaising with Project Manager/Buyer ensuring that all parts are available in order that timescale for completion is achieved.
  9. Meet financial and production targets
  10. Deliver on time according to schedule and budget
  11. Operate QA system and good stock control
  12. Any other duties as directed by Management.

Working overtime may be required from time to time in order to meet deadlines. Some travel within Scotland is expected which could include visits to customers sites, as well as possible opportunities to work overseas.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the post holder may be required to perform other duties resulting from organisational change, restructuring or temporary re-assignment of work.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience at supervisory level
  • Experience of working on outdoor construction/production site
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Microsoft Office in particular Outlook Express, Word ,Excel Access
