I am currently recruiting for 2 x Site Agent/Managers to be based in Inverness working for a well established Contractor.
This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Site Manager or an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking to progress their Career.

To be considered for this role you MUST posses the following:

SMSTS 5 day ticket
3/5 day first aid
Trade background
3 years experience in a Construction Supervisory/Management role
Experience of Residential and Commercial new builds, £2m - £10m (preferable not essential)

Candidates should live in the Inverness area, be based within commutable distance or be willing to relocate with knowledge of the area.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their capability to manage a busy Construction Site. I am looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can demonstrate their ability to organise, manage and motivate a small team of site operatives and subcontract staff to produce a finished product of the highest standard. The successful candidate will also be comfortable in the use of IT and programming skills. Experience in the use of MS Project would be an advantage.

The role involves liaising with a range of project stakeholders from designers, quantity surveyors, client project managers, and client operations staff. Responsibilities also include maintaining strict quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with all environmental and health & safety legislation and policies. As such, the role requires you to be conversant with current legislation.
