We are currently recruiting a Site Administrator/Receptionist to be based on a project near Newtonmore.

The successful candidate will be providing professional administrative support to the site team and it is essential that they are able to work under pressure and to deadlines.

Duties:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration support on the site
  • Dealing with a variety of site specific documents and maintaining the project files
  • Coordinating and processing general administrative work
  • Reception duties - answering phone, receiving visitors and issuing visitor badges, monitoring logbook, sorting and distributing mail
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Skills/ experience/ personal qualities:

  • Confident in all aspects of document control, filing and general administrative duties;
  • Proficient IT skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to organise and plan own work and work to a deadline - previous experience of working within a busy office environment, ideally construction preferred
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Driving licence or being able to arrange pick up/drop off is essential due to the location of the site.
