Position Overview:

As a Site Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and organized operation of the construction site. You will provide essential administrative support to the project team, helping to maintain a productive and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Documentation: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to the construction site.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the project team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Permitting and Licensing: Assist with obtaining necessary permits and licenses for construction activities.
Supplies and Inventory: Manage and maintain an inventory of site supplies and equipment.
Communication: Facilitate communication between on-site personnel and off-site teams.
Safety Compliance: Assist in ensuring that safety regulations and procedures are followed on the site.
Data Entry: Input and manage data related to site activities.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on site progress and activities.


Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
