Key Responsibilities

  • Managing & directing teammates to provide a quality service in terms of inventory data both internally & externally
  • Ensuring teammates are fully trained to comply with the requirements of their role
  • Responsible for working with IT, ensuring that interface tools are effective and accurate with ongoing monitoring and problem resolution as the key deliverable
  • Develop a deep understanding of company systems to ensure the data flow between them is as effective as possible
  • Accountable for Inventory reporting and queries
  • Planning & co-ordinating stock takes as and when required
  • Ensuring NCRs are correctly reflected across all systems
  • Responsible for managing the interface into the master data team
  • Accountable for ensuring all daily, weekly monthly and adhoc tasks are carried out by the team to the highest standard within the required timescales. These could include but are not exclusive to, daily stock reports, client stock reconciliation reports, non-conformance reports, active stock reports, batch releasing
  • Managing disposals as and when required, ensuring full compliance to SOPS
  • Responsible for batch recalls when required
  • Dealing with client service requests, finance queries
  • General administration tasks

Skills & Experience

  • In depth knowledge of the stock accounting requirements for Inventory
  • Ability to create procedures and ensure rigorous adherence to procedures to both team members and internal/external customers and process owners
  • Ability to identify process gaps & deliver process improvements
  • Excellent & proven problem solving skills
  • A pro-active change agent
  • Leadership & Management skills
