This key position will require you to work as part of multi-discipline teams in support of brownfield onshore EPCM project delivery.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with applicable codes and standards, procedures and the basis of design and defined scope of work
  • Ensuring all interfaces (inter-discipline, client, implementation, fabrication, vendor etc) are identified and managed in the execution of all projects
  • Managing assigned work to meet project needs and working proactively with team members to ensure goals are met and issues resolved
  • Accepting responsibility for scopes of work and effectively managing delivery and change
  • Understanding and applying risk management techniques to work undertaken
  • Supervising and assisting others as required as part of project delivery
  • Willing to travel to site on occasion to review and supervise engineering activities.

To be successful in this position you should possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Recognised Civil or Structural Engineering degree
  • Relevant oil and gas engineering experience
  • Extensive design and analysis experience of onshore structures
  • Sound understanding of international design codes
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and previous experience with presentations to clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for activities and work proactively with others in pursuit of delivery goals
