OCCMS are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join their team based in Aberdeen, working on their flagship Commissioning and Completions software systems.

Ideally, you'll be a competent software developer, experienced in C#/VB.NET/ASP.NET, looking to work as an integral part of a small team, in a busy Agile Scrum environment. The role also includes 2nd line DevOps responsibilities working with our clients to implement new functionality. You'll be working on both windows and web based applications (WinForms predominantly) and have an excellent knowledge of IT in general, including desktop hardware.

Preferably, you'll have a degree in a software or computer related discipline, have experience in an existing development role, and be familiar with Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, source control, and ideally experience with a toolsuite such as DevExpress or Infragistics. Javascript and Web API experience would be advantageous, as would experience of developing for mobile platforms (Xamarin/Titanium/Native). Excellent communication skills are essential as the role includes interacting with clients on a regular basis.

Experience within the commissioning and completions industry, or knowledge of mechanical completions would also be highly desirable, as would familiarity with planning, smart PDF, BIM and 3D modelling applications (including Unity).
