Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Project Support Officer, based in Aberdeen

Responsibilities will include:
Searching for technical resources from in house teams and the established contractor pool.
Sourcing new contractors, including specialist technicians, for projects where necessary.
Keeping the work schedules up to date to help ensure correct personnel and equipment resources allocation on projects.
Under the direction of Project Managers and Project Leads, communicating rates to project contractors.
Liaising with relevant colleagues on project staff and contractor certifications to ensure all technical training prior to attending on site and co-coordinating any required induction and/or training for project staff and contractors.
Ensuring that time-sheets are submitted by on site project staff and contractors and entered into IFS for processing.
Reviewing contractor invoices against submitted time-sheets on IFS.
Monitoring project staff hours and costs on IFS and collating data on actual and future spend for reporting purposes as requested by the project team.
