Orion Group Life Sciences are currently recruiting a Senior Project Engineer (Onsite) on behalf of our Multinational Biopharmaceutical Client based in Breda on an initial 12-Month contract with potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Management: Create and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of technology projects within the organization. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them, ensuring the smooth progression of projects.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to optimize project outcomes.
• Technological Innovation: Drive technological innovation by implementing new tools, platforms, and methodologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to high-quality standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance and delivering excellence.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management within a technology-driven environment. Experience in the biotechnology or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications: PMP, Prince2 or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
• Expertise in Technology: Comprehensive understanding of current technological trends, various platforms, and techniques.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Understanding of regulatory requirements in the biotechnology or healthcare industry.
