Ensure maximum tenant satisfaction in all client operational properties (and 3rd parties when required) through the effective management of handover and fit-outs, customer service, tenant relations, and on-site operational management functions.

Minimum Experience:
12 - 15 years of experience in Property Management of large mixed use development with 5 years in Management role

Job-Specific Skills:
Large site/multisite experience of Grade A Sites

Develop and implement the departmental strategy in line with the directorate strategy.
Manage the department to ensure the achievement of objectives in due course, cost and quality, while maintaining sustainability across the departmental functions, projects and resources
Assist in the implementation of corporate sustainability initiatives

Operating Plans and Budgets
Prepare and implement in the development of the department's annual business plan (including consolidation of all service charge and FM spend forecasts), KPIs, budget, and policies and procedures
Recommend the departmental budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs, areas of unsatisfactory performance and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.

Policies and Procedures
Approve and endorse policies, procedures, and operational standards developed by the respective segment property management units (L4) for their respective segment properties

FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:The Senior Manager - Property Management reports to the Director - Facility & Property Management and confers with the latter on critical and strategic issues.Key decisions having significant impact on the Property Management department are referred to the Director - Facility & Property Management for approval before implementation.
The jobholder exercises financial authority as per the level established by the client
