Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Integrity Engineer, based in Aberdeen
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all Asset Integrity threats/ issues are identified, risk ranked, recorded, reported, monitored within the Company Technical Integrity system with appropriate interim mitigation measures where required in order to provide management visibility on their timely resolution.
Ensuring that appropriate remedial or mitigation measures are put in place by Asset Operations Departments, in conjunction with their Safety Engineering and Technology teams if appropriate.
Ensuring that any failure of equipment is properly analysed to identify root causes and/or underlying global trends and threats to asset integrity.
Driving any necessary changes to the asset technical integrity policy and strategies (and related strategies if necessary, e.g hydrocarbon release prevention) to avoid recurrence of identified failures.
Preparing and facilitating the periodic Technical Integrity Review Team (TIRT) and Integrity & Major Risk Board (IMRB) meetings.
Preparing Company's annual and midyear Integrity and Major Risk Reports for submission to Headquarter's HSE and DIG EAC
Educated to degree standard in an engineering discipline with extensive engineering experience including Operations, Engineering and Safety.
Proven expertise in maintenance/ inspection systems, practices and techniques
Extensive knowledge of risk assessment principles and their application to inspection programmes
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to co-ordinate asset integrity across all functions
Valid BOISET, Offshore medical and MIST certificates
