Senior Information Coordinator

We are seeking a full remote Senior Information Co-Ordinator (Project Autodesk Management)to support our Utilities client. There will be the requirement of Occasional in-person meetings, up to 1 time per month (typically in London, Oxford, Leeds or Sheffield areas for which expenses will be paid).

The key experience we are seeking is that the candidate has experience of ISO 9001 and ISO 19650; as well as ISO 9001/14001/45001 and BIM.

The impact you’ll haveYou’ll own the accuracy, flow and compliance of engineering information and records across the full project lifecycle—planning to handover. As the admin / manager for Autodesk Build/Docs and SharePoint across multiple engineering projects you’ll keep reviews moving, documentation compliant with ISO standards, and stakeholders confident they’re working from the latest, correct information.

About the workYou’ll handle information across the full lifecycle—organisation, workflow, creation, exchange, versioning, publishing, as-built, O&M, handover and archiving—and be comfortable reading engineering drawings and title blocks.

What you’ll doGovernance & Compliance

- Implement and maintain Information Management & Control procedures aligned to ISO 9001 and ISO 19650; support audits against ISO 9001/14001/45001 and BIM.
- You’ll contribute to Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) (client inputs) and lead BIM Execution Plan (BEP) creation and maintenance (supplier side).
- Contribute to achievement of stage-gate requirements.

EDMS Administration (Autodesk & SharePoint)

- Act as EDMS administrator for Autodesk Build and Autodesk Docs; create sites/projects; manage users, groups and permissions; maintain pages, sites and workflows.
- Maintain links/macros, rationalise structures, remove duplicates/obsolete files, and fix workflow/link issues.

Autodesk Control Operations

- Maintain MDRs, prepare transmittals, manage internal/external reviews, and quality-check documents/drawings and metadata.
- Serve as the main point of contact for DC queries; collaborate with client/partner DC teams to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.
Training, Guidance & Reporting

- Deliver onboarding and refresher traning (Autodesk Build/Docs); log competency records; produce user guides and quick-reference materials.
- Produce compliance and throughput reports for management, operations and projects. (Power BI desirable.)

Continuous Improvement

- Map and improve processes; produce flowcharts (Visio); drive cycle-time and error-rate reductions.
What you’ll bring (must-haves)
  • Significant relevant experience (10 years plus preferred) in energy / oil & gas / engineering (admin-level EDMS exposure).
  • Significant relevant experience (5 years plus preferred) of BIM and ISO 19650, including authorship of BEP and Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) (client inputs)
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Administrator-level skills in Autodesk Docs/Build and strong SharePoint administration experience.
  • Practical knowledge of ISO 19650, [BS 1192] and ISO 9001; comfortable supporting audits and enforcing standards.
  • High level of English proficiency; meticulous attention to detail; strong organisation and stakeholder skills.
