Our client is a nationally known respected business who pride themselves on offering a top quality service. The organisation are based centrally in Scotland's capital and are currently undergoing a massive investment within the HR team to further support and encourage the businesses greatest asset, it's people.

The Role

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, the main responsibility of the Senior HR Advisor will be to support the site on a day-to-day operational basis, ensure the delivery of the people strategy but also be able to assist and get involved in a variation of different people projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders in the business to provide HR generalist support through the company's journey of transformation
  • Employee Relations & Employment Law
  • Resourcing & Talent Planning
  • Reward
  • Help to shape the HR team, people plan and culture
  • Support on HR business projects
  • Operate as a change agent
  • Provide HR analytics and budget management

Key Skills & Experience Required

The ideal candidate for this role will be a HR Advisor who has experience of working in a fast paced environment and has a broad range of HR generalist experience;

  • Exposure to all generalist areas
  • Good systems knowledge
  • Compensation and benefits

  • Change Management

You will be able to work autonomously with a consultative and pragmatic style with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders up to a senior level.
