Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Senior HR Administrator, based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.

Responsibilities will include:
Maintenance of people data in SAP HR
Main point of contact for SAP HR queries
Training team members in the use of SAP HR
Creating and running SAP HR reports
Ensuring the HRC process are adhered to by the team and updated as necessary with changes in legislation and company procedures
Ensuring the timely and accurate input of monthly payroll information
Creating and issuing contracts and letters
Minute taking during meetings
Filing employee and contractor documentation
Ensure compliance with all relevant functional policies, process and procedures
Delivery of HR induction for new employees

Qualifications
Educated to Higher, HND or equivalent level

Skills & Experience
Experience of SAP HR is essential for this role
Excellent general administration skills with strong attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Demonstrate a good level of initiative with the ability to identify and highlight potential issues in advance of problems arising
Able to prioritise a challenging workload and manage customer expectations accordingly
Able to work with highly confidential information, deliver with discretion and maintain the trust and confidence of client groups
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
