* Master's degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics or Similar
* Demonstratable record of professional improvement, keping up to date with trends, analytical technicques, attending enhanced training etc.
* High level of experience with Operator, Consultancy or similar
* High level of analytical expertise.
* Strong knowledge of economics, trends, developments, and strategies related to the oil and gas industry
* Ability to quickly build networks with internal and external stakeholders of all organizational levels.
* Excellent communication skills with an ability to interpret and explain complex economic theory and ideas to a range of stakeholders .
* Track record in staff development
* Supervise internal socioeconomic research, and provide reporting on the same.
* Analyze and assess economic data, research, policies, and arguments.
* Assist management in responding to urgent economic questions and issues based on evidence and analysis.
* Manage market and other assessments, and report relevant insights in macroeconomics.
* Present ad hoc and standard economic research, analysis, forecasts, and recommendations in formats effective for various internal and external stakeholders
* Provide training to enable non-economist stakeholders to participate as required.
* Provide coaching and mentorship to junior staff.
