Our client is seeking a Senior Departmental Executive /Technical Assistant for a staff position based in Bridge of Don.

Ideally you will have demonstrable experience in the following:
Experienced PA used to supporting Senior Management with diary management, arranging and minuting meetings, handling confidential correspondence.
Strong Information Management Experience, Sharepoint in particular to set up a Sharepoint Resource and manage this.
Excellent Word Excel and Powerpoint skills.

Responsibilities will include:
Ensure that all work is undertaken to the highest quality and professionalism in accordance with the company Integrated Management System and project specific documentation
Identify personal training needs, bring them to the attention of the department manager and to take full advantage of the training opportunities provided
Ensure that all activities are carried out with the highest regard to the health and safety of all involved and to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution
Administration and coordination of regional meetings
Generate and distribute any weekly, monthly and quarterly minutes of meetings

Qualifications
Essential
Standard Grade (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Desirable
HNC / HND Business Administration or equivalent in relevant discipline
