Job description

Possibility to work from either Paris, or Pau, must have the right to work in the EU without a visa or company sponsorship.

Tasks to be performed

- Manage the contracting processes delivering best quality in time and at the optimal cost for the affiliate
- Participate in the improvement of contracting practices
- Successfully prepare, negotiate and administer a broad range of complex, technical & high value/risk contracts/services PO
- Ensure Technical Entities' requirements satisfaction to avoid any shortages of services
- Use of contractual terms
- Ensure competition and transparency in all contracting processes

Deliverables

- Participation to preparation of Master Procurement Plan
- Call For Tender Process from the Strategy and Bidders' List preparation to final Award
- Contracts Establishment and Management
- Ensure compliance with procedures and rules as well as International and Local applicable rules and regulations related to contractual activities
- Final report

Technical Requirements

- Advanced Contracts Technical Competencies required
- C&P tools certification required
- Diploma: BAC+5 or recognized/certified experience equivalence
- Professional experience: Ideally within Services Purchases and Contracts in the O&G industry
- Personal Abilities: Basic Management, Advanced Human Relations, Problem Solving and Planning, with ability to organize, coordinate and control
- Professional skills: negotiation, writing, languages
- Language: English (required) & Arabic or Kurdish (Nice to have)
