Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Administrative Assistant, based in Dublin

Responsibilities will include:
Handle reception desk and phone duties as necessary
Assist in oversight and project management of a new office fit-out and set up
Assist in developing office procedures and manuals
Book appointments and organize meetings including ordering catering and setting up for meetings
Provide support for internal and external meetings, including preparation of agenda, pre-meeting briefings and papers and follow up actions
Plan and coordinate special events, lunch & learns, field trips, workshops, seminars and other special meetings (venues, catering, invitations, meeting materials, audio visual, etc.)
Arrange travel including flights, hotel accommodations and car rentals
Help prepare presentations (PowerPoint)
Help prepare and format reports and communications (Word)
Create graphs, charts and spreadsheets (Excel)
Gather data and input for monthly meetings and assemble into standardized formats

Qualifications & Experience
Extensive experience as an Administrative Assistant at a senior capacity
Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and proven administrative skills
Excellent organizational, planning, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Experience in SAP would be an asset
