Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Admin Coordinator (HR), based in Aberdeen

Responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Director; Internal Communications Manager and team, and the Human resources team
Provide an efficient and confidential secretarial service to the HR Director and Internal communication manager.
Provide additional support to internal communication projects and activities
Co-ordinate weekly report compilation.
Co-ordinate regular human resources meetings and compile presentation slides
Ensure consultative committee meeting and other paperwork and minutes are prepared and circulated to defined stakeholders.
Responsible for HR subscriptions and ensure these are kept up to date (annually).
Raise financial documentation (requisitions) using SAP system for Corporate Services, including stationery supplies/ business cards and offshore protective clothing, as required.

Qualifications & Experience
Ideally, recognised qualification in administration, secretarial or other business-related discipline
Significant administrative experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry or a similar environment.
Good written and oral communication, interpersonal skills are required.
Excellent prioritisation, time management and organisational skills.
Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy essential.
Ability to work to short deadlines and using own initiative.
High standard of keyboard / typing skills are essential and should be proficient in most standard office computer applications i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, graphics packages
