We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Assistant/PA for our Oil & Gas Operator in their Staines offices. Initially working from home and then moving into the Staines office as restrictions ease. Asap start.

The role will be a 12-month PAYE contract. The position is part Facilities Management work and part PA to senior management on a roughly 50/50 mix. Candidates must have a background in dealing with facilities issues, as well as experience as a Secretary/PA supporting management in a secretarial capacity.

SAP experience is essential as well as providing secretarial/administrative support using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
