We are seeking a staff Scheduler/Planner with a background in Maintenance Planning using Primavera P6. Based in the Peterhead/Fraserburgh area.

Develop and maintain the asset's 21 Day Site Schedule. Co-ordinate the maintenance deferral and backlog guidance and support to ensure compliance with the WPSE Process Guide.
Ideally you will have:
Sound working knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance activities
Sound understanding of Asset Operations and Maintenance Management Processes
* Sound understanding of Maintenance Scheduling principles
* Experienced in the use of CMMS and MS Office Applications (Excel)

Develop and maintain the Asset's '21 Day Site Schedule' in accordance with the WPSE Process Guide.
Develop and maintain the 'Daily Co-ordination Sheet' and facilitate the 'Daily Co-ordination Meeting'
Prepare for and facilitate the weekly 'Schedule Review Meeting' and 'Planning Meeting'
Co-ordinate the schedule break-in process in accordance with the 'WPSE Process Guide'.
Co-ordinate the preparation and scheduling of safety and regulatory driven work to ensure it can be executed before its due date.
Process newly created work orders with guidance from the WCT, ensuring data quality standards are adhered to.
Co-ordinate the maintenance deferral and backlog management process
Promote the use of the WPSE Guide and ensure compliance with its guidelines and data quality requirements.
Provide cover for the Lead Planner and CMMS Co-ordinator when required.
Generation of PM work orders in CMMS covering forthcoming 3 month period & monitor /generate daily.
Ensure WPRL list is up to date
Drive improvements and optimisation of scheduling of site maintenance.
Self-motivated and able to prioritise work load.
