Orion group are recruiting a Sales Representative on behalf of our Client based in Manchester, UK - 6-month contract

A new and exciting opportunity to join the Sales Centre in Manchester as a Sales Representative.
This role will be responsible for acquiring new Packaged Gases business, with a fantastic Sales Incentive Scheme being offered.
The ideal candidate will be incredibly self-motivated and target driven to achieve results. They will be confident in building strong working relationships, both internally and externally. Beneficial if they have an engineering/fabrication/welding background for knowledge.
Pool car and mobile phone will be provided for business use only.


Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong commercial focus and good sales skills are essential.
  • Demonstrable track record & prior experience of selling into business to business markets, especially those requiring high call rate.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with a desire and proven ability to achieve within a target driven environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy individual, willing to travel extensively within an allocated area to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Use of IT to enhance communication and account opening, which include but not limited to Microsoft Office and AP tools
