Job description

Compensation range is $70,000 - $90,000/year + commission + benefits.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing relationships with customers and growing accounts in their assigned territory through the promotion and selling of the company's products.

Summary of Essential Job Functions
Ensure the safety, reliability and dependability in compliance with company policies as well as OSHA regulations.
Develop and follow leads to sell company services.
Work with customers to determine equipment and service needs.
Prepare proposals.
Manage credit and collection activities as needed.
Participate in industry trade shows.
Utilize company personnel resources to ensure successful contract execution.
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Provide customer support by responding to customer inquiries and requests.
Execute timely preparation of all expense reports, call reports and assigned projects.
Participate in sales department meetings.
Participate in creation of sales budget and forecasting.
Effectively comprehend and relay technical information.
Coordinates selling and servicing activities with Inside Sales group and peers.
Follow policies and procedures for all sales activities.
Enter opportunities and update Sales CRM.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Detail oriented
Knowledge of selling techniques which include the ability to negotiate and persuade
Knowledge of construction equipment
Clear communication with strong written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Optional Skills
Knowledge of Net Suite
Knowledge of CRM
