Sales & Marketing Analyst

Our Software Technology client is currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Analyst for their location in Cork City, though the role can be performed remotely due to the current situation. A future presence in Cork would likely be required.

Role Activities

  • Conducting research to identify sales prospects and generate leads
  • Management and administration of the company's sales platform - HubSpot
  • Participation in sales meetings to identify and support the completion of all related sales actions
  • Co-ordination of Sales and Marketing diaries for prospect meetings and demo's
  • Working with Sales Support team to act as the initial contact for sales enquiries
  • Working with branding and PR partners to draft, review and issue marketing materials including but not limited to Blogs, Newsletters, Press Releases and Sales materials
  • Build out and maintenance of digital presence and other digital channels
  • Drafting and issuing of internal Sales reports and management information statistics
  • There will be some general administration duties such as calendar management also required in the role.

Desired Expertise & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Proactive and "can do" attitude
  • Independent thinker who is willing to challenge and lead
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Sales & Marketing positions
  • Specialist Third Level Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Capable and proven experience in working with and managing third parties
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic digital environment with virtual teams
  • A passion for sales and marketing
