Due to our client's nationalization program that only Omani Nationals will be considered for the role.
Technical Professional, with a minimum of 7 years senior experience in Planning, Risk management and Project Management of Oil & Gas projects.
Educated to Degree level in Engineering or Project Management.
Proficient user of Primavera P6, Primavera Risk, Easy Risk, and @Risk. Knowledge and understanding of the SAP cost control and procurement modules. A good knowledge of probabilistic cost and schedule analysis.
Excellent people management and communication skills.
Experienced in change management and risk management.
Fluent in both verbal and written English.
High analytical skills with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Good reports writing skills.
High ability to work with Management as well as in multi-disciplinary project engineering teams.
Detailed understanding and knowledge of Major Oil & Gas business control processes, procedures & systems.
Project engineering experience in a multidiscipline project will be an advantage.
Track-record to deliver and a 100% 'can do/will do' mentality (with full HSE commitment).
Excellent people management and communication skills.
Experienced in change management and risk management.
Track record of staff development
Establish and maintain risk management system: Sound understanding of and ability to apply both qualitative and quantitative Risk Management theories, tools and techniques.
Identify appropriate responsible parties for risk ownerships and allocate register entries.
Structure and populate the risk management tool, enable user training and establish/implement the process for regular status reviews.
