Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Resourcing Specialist based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities include:
You will manage the identification, tracking and retention of internal and external talent pipelines, collaborate with HR Business Partners and Line Managers throughout to provide a high quality and engaging recruitment and onboarding process.
Establish technical and cultural requirements of the job to ensure candidates recruited will make a sustained difference to our business and agree and deliver appropriate recruitment strategy (route to market including internal talent review, interview/assessment centre)
Plan and lead advertising campaigns, working advertising mediums where appropriate, sharing best practice. Be mindful of the requirement to drive diversity improvements in the business.
Seek out new sourcing techniques to drive improvements including but not limited to digital targeted marketing, job boards, referrals and events/conferences.
Designing & delivering effective assessment strategies thus ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Attend interviews/assessment centres, to support Hiring Managers as required
Manage candidate offer process in conjunction with compensation and assure candidate onboarding
Ensure all resourcing activity is aligned to the talent and D&I strategies
Participate in resourcing and talent projects as required
Carry out all associated resourcing/talent administration including but not limited to sourcing, interview management, onboarding, talent boards

Skills & Experience:
Have the ability to engage with & build relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
Drive to direct source harnessing appropriate channels of attraction.
Strong resourcing "know-how" and good understanding of a variety of candidate assessment
& selection techniques
Uphold recruitment and assessment standards for all hiring activity to drive quality of hire
Utilise HR systems to pipeline talent for critical capabilities and skills shortage disciplines for now and the future.
Ensure all resourcing activity is compliant and in line with relevant country specific legislation and governance to protect company's right to operate.
