Our client is a UK leading engineering support services organisation and employs more than 34,000 people around the world.

A Resourcing Manager is required for a 12 month fixed term contract, possibly with a view to permanent. You will be responsible for the operational management and delivery of their recruitment partners for both permanent and temporary resource across two sectors: Naval Nuclear and Naval Marine on this site.

You will be accountable for ensuring partner delivers professional, effective and timely recruitment which meets the needs of the business to ensure they have a committed and competent employee in every role. You will network with appropriate professional engineering bodies/institutions/communities to ensure a throughput of candidates/applicants.Supporting bids and new projects across the business you will support the workforce planning process, ensuring that recruitment plans and communication with recruitment partners are aligned.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A recognised HR qualification (CIPD) or equivalent
  • Experience in recruitment and talent assessments
  • High degree of analytical skills
  • Ability to develop and build relationships at all levels within the orgnisation
  • Understanding of data and analytics with an ability to demonstrate to others its impact and return on investment
