The Role

The Resourcing Manager will lead on the management and implementation of the organisations recruitment strategy, ensure the business attracts and engages a diverse range of talent both locally and nationally.

One of the key responsibilities of the role is to build, manage and maintain effective relationships and networks to promote a stream of talent in to the organisation and equip managers with the skills and knowledge that they need to recruit effectively.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of employment legislation particularly with regard to recruitment
  • Knowledge/experience of workforce planning and high volume recruitment
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience of designing and developing a range of recruitment and selection techniques
  • Experience of stakeholder management at every level
  • Experience of the issues impacting on resourcing in the manufacturing sector
  • Contract management
