Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Reservoir Engineer on a temporary basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Review well tests and extended well test pressure data
- Validate existing simulation models using tNavigator
- Validate the current development concept (Concept select gate )
- Production forecasting for FID deliverables
- Build additional simulation models if required
- Resource estimation
- Inputs into reservoir management plan
- Provide Production technology inputs into the development concept
- Assist in preparation of Phase-1 field development plan addendum
- Provide inputs to SOW for well construction and facilities tender documents
- Integrate with the current development plan to produce 120kbopd
- Validate reservoir models
- Validate development concept and SOW fro well construction and facilities
- Generate production profiles
- Resource estimation
- Prepare FID documents and FDP addendum
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong analytic and simulation reservoir engineering skills
- Green field development and production , specifically in onshore medium viscous and waxy oil field development and production under waterflood
- Ability to analyse simulation outputs with fundamental reservoir engineering principles and analytical skills
- Competent user of tNavigator, Petrel, PETEX IPM etc
- Good Understanding and application of production technology
- Reservoir management of viscous and waxy oil fields under waterflood
