Reservoir Engineer

We have a current opportunity for a Reservoir Engineer on a temporary basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Review well tests and extended well test pressure data
• Validate existing simulation models using tNavigator
• Validate the current development concept (Concept select gate )
• Production forecasting for FID deliverables
• Build additional simulation models if required
• Resource estimation
• Inputs into reservoir management plan
• Provide Production technology inputs into the development concept
• Assist in preparation of Phase-1 field development plan addendum
• Provide inputs to SOW for well construction and facilities tender documents
• Integrate with the current development plan to produce 120kbopd
• Validate reservoir models
• Validate development concept and SOW fro well construction and facilities
• Generate production profiles
• Resource estimation
• Prepare FID documents and FDP addendum

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong analytic and simulation reservoir engineering skills
• Green field development and production , specifically in onshore medium viscous and waxy oil field development and production under waterflood
• Ability to analyse simulation outputs with fundamental reservoir engineering principles and analytical skills
• Competent user of tNavigator, Petrel, PETEX IPM etc
• Good Understanding and application of production technology
• Reservoir management of viscous and waxy oil fields under waterflood
