Our Client

Our client is a highly respected, growing company in the automotive industry.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day to day operations and the growth and profitability of the department through the development of sales to both retail and local corporate customers, whilst ensuring you deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsiblities include:

  • Identifying new potential sales areas
  • Liaising with the general public and corporate clients
  • Obtaining insurance and operator licence's prior to hire
  • Monitoring daily desktop report, vehicle availability, utilisation, excess mileage etc
  • Resolving problems and delvering outstanding customer service
  • Production of business plans and strategies in relation to the development of the rental department

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a rental role is essential
  • Excellent communication skils
  • The ability to develope and maintain strong relationships with customer, internal departments and stakeholders
  • Must hold a clean UK driving licence
  • Have a strong customer service ethic with great people skills
  • Be positive and have a sales focused attitude
