The Recruitment Resourcer role is an excellent steppingstone into the world of recruitment. No prior recruitment experience is required, but you will need to be a good communicator and have the drive to deliver excellent customer service. We will provide you with all the training required to become successful in the role, and if you have the talent and the ambition there no limits on where you can go within the group.

Your work will be varied and will involve sourcing candidates using a variety of methods, speaking to candidates to learn about their situation and ambitions, reviewing candidate profiles and matching them to technical vacancies, arranging interviews and completing relevant paperwork.
