Are you interested in a career in recruitment? Are you looking for a career that could take you places? Orion Group, the world leading technical recruitment agency have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer at our Aberdeen office based in the city centre.

The Recruitment Resourcer role is an excellent steppingstone into the world of recruitment. No prior recruitment experience is required, but you will need to be a good communicator and have the drive to deliver excellent customer service. We will provide you with all the training required to become successful in the role, and if you have the talent and the ambition there no limits on where you can go within the group. Many of our Resourcers have had opportunities to work in our overseas offices such as Australia, Dubai and Houston and some now hold positions within our senior management. Your work will be varied and will involve sourcing candidates using a variety of methods, speaking to candidates to learn about their situation and ambitions, reviewing candidate profiles and matching them to technical vacancies, arranging interviews and completing relevant paperwork.
