Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Recruitment Officer, based in Aberdeen

Responsibilities will include:
Daily review and processing of speculative and vacancy CV submissions.
Continually monitoring and developing departmental succession planning for existing and future requirements.
Maintaining regular contact with existing personnel, ex-personnel as well as applicants for future recruitment requirements.
Arranging/conducting interviews, preparing interview feedback, as well as carrying relevant pre-employment checks, in line with employment legislation and company policies and procedures.
Assisting in the audit of all personnel 3rd parties, in line with current MLC requirements and internal company requirements.
Assisting in the periodic review of all internal job descriptions, as well as ensuring each new hire has signed a copy upon commencement of contract.
Assisting/creating contracts of employment, as well as assignment / secondment paperwork, for all personnel.
