Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Recruitment Coordinator, based in Westhill Aberdeenshire.

Initial six month contract

Responsibilities will include:
On instruction from Managers, raise requests for resources and chase for approval as required
Post vacancies on Advorto (Recruitment System) and through other external media (LinkedIN)
Assist with arranging interviews including booking rooms, briefing candidates on any special requirements and processing travel expense claims.
Support Managers in shortlisting and interview activity
Provide feedback to candidates after interviews
Maintenance of people data in SAP
Creating and issuing contracts and letters
Filing employee and contractor documentation
Ensuring the timely and accurate input of monthly payroll information
Taking minutes during meetings

Skills & Experience
Excellent general administration skills with strong attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Previous experience within a recruitment environment is highly advantageous.
Able to prioritise a challenging workload and manage customer expectations accordingly
Able to work with highly confidential information, deliver with discretion and maintain the trust and confidence of client groups
Previous working experience of SAP, or similar people management system essential
Previous working experience of Advorto and LinkedIn Recruiter is highly advantageous.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
