Job description


Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Recruitment Co-Ordinator, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:

* Accountable for following work processes from end to end using check lists to ensure that all steps have been undertaken to update systems and recruitment approvals
* Responsible for daily checking, responding and on passing of information where appropriate from the Recruitment Inbox
* Raising contracts for temporary labour (auto-generated)
* Verifying certification with training bodies
* Calling candidates as required
* Responsible for weekly collation and issue of the recruitment report and metrics
* Support the wider recruitment team to attract and source high quality talent
* Become a superuser of the (ATS) managing candidate applications, GDPR compliance, supporting line managers and providing training to managers across the business in recruitment process
* Create employer branding content for social engagement
* Manage job postings and liaise with job boards to post advertisements
* Build long term relationships with talented people and manage them through a seamless end to end recruitment process
* Update our social media and LinkedIn accounts with the latest vacancies
* Additional duties as requested

Experience & Qualifications:

* Previous administration experience
* Competent level of Microsoft office packages, specifically excel, word and PowerPoint
* Manages personal time and deals effectively with conflicting demands and priorities
* Able to meet frequent deadlines by good time management and attention to priorities
* Acts quickly and decisively in a crisis
* Demonstrates continuous improvement mind-set
* Has the confidence to challenge fixed assumptions
* Shows sensitivity and good interpersonal understanding
* Develops collaborative relationships with key contacts essential to get the job done
