Our Life Science operations are predominantly based in Cork where we supply to a number of our key global clients within the Life Science markets. We now have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to be based in either our Cork or Inverness office providing administrative support to our established and busy Life Science operations.

Providing support to international offices requires good administration experience and the ability to organise/track a variety of activities. The successful candidate will also require excellent communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively when liaising with contractors and in supporting the international recruitment teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a Recruitment Team on regular and ad hoc administration tasks and processes.
  • Responsible for onboarding new starters/contractors to ensure all internal and client specific compliance requirements have been met prior to assignment commencing.
  • Uploading all required documentation to specific client portals and liaising with client onboarding points of contact as necessary.
  • Preparing and issuing approved contract documentation to new starters and maintaining and updating documentation for the duration of the contract as required.
  • Point of contact for contractor aftercare on any issues/queries, resolving payroll and documentation queries while redirecting recruitment queries to the relevant personnel.
  • Prepare and liaising with internal payroll and tax departments on required payroll documentation.
  • Maintain and update internal CRM system ensuring all contractor information and documentation held is accurate and correct.
  • Full utilisation of internal system to input and manage new and existing placement status and to update system on any placement changes.
  • Support the Recruitment Teams' requirements within a timely and professional manner.
  • General Recruitment Administration
  • With support, mobilise resources to assignments ensuring compliance with all regulatory, Orion QMS, Client, industry and government body policies, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Participate in daily/weekly team meetings
