Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible to fill vacancies via recruiting and sourcing methods against the project workforce plan.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have four plus (4+) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and/or HR Generalist roles with specific experience in staffing international oil and gas projects/operations.

Other specific skills and experience include:

  • Major international projects or large domestic project experience.

Preferred experience directly supporting:

    • LNG or large downstream projects
    • Expat, Overseas National or Diaspora hiring initiatives
  • Experience utilizing social media for recruiting purposes.
  • Ability to execute long-term local recruitment strategies while executing on short-term priorities and/or accomplish critical milestones.
  • Possess refined interviewing techniques to draw relevant information from candidates.
  • Respect and manage confidential information.
  • Extremely organized to effectively manage multiple job openings in a high activity environment.
  • Proficient with ATS applications and traditional office software such as MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems if needed.

Responsibilities
The Recruiter will participate in Mozambique LNG project work and execution of activities related to the area of talent acquisition.

Additional specific responsibilities include:

  • Actively source candidates leveraging social media, networks and emerging technologies as appropriate
  • Pre-screen candidates to ensure qualifications are met.
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships and trade groups to access top talent in the LNG industry.
  • Facilitate and coordinate on-site and remote Interviewing process and Interview wrap-up meetings.
  • Assist as needed with pre-employment activities for the candidate.
  • Document and track recruitment status changes for both corporate and project related systems.
  • Support other HR talent acquisition related readiness projects and initiatives as required.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred

Travel Requirements
The percentage of travel required for this position is 10% or less.

Work Schedule
This position is eligible for the 5/40 work schedule.
