Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Recruiter, based in Aberdeen

Responsibilities will include:
Source, select and employ suitably qualified personnel to meet all existing and projected manpower requirements and in line with the Company's global on boarding process
Ensure all relevant certificate and qualifications meet the position requirements, is valid and that all required documentation is verified accordingly
Lead and participate in recruitment campaigns
Deal with all incoming CV's, acknowledge and retain in the appropriate files
Answer incoming calls to the recruitment line

Experience
Experience in an offshore / site based trades recruitment role within the oil and gas industry
Discipline awareness in the following areas would be beneficial; mechanical, electrical, pipe fitting, welding, rigging, fabric maintenance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and re-prioritise workload
