Job Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

Developing Job Description

  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Communicate with recruiting recourses for smooth and high efficient talent sourcing.
  • Maintaining Recruiting Resources
  • Maintain recruiting recourse, especially headhunting service companies
  • Collect and screen candidates' resumes from various resources.

Performing Interview

  • Coordinate with user department and conduct interviews as scheduled.
  • Identify and target most competent candidate in accordance with job description, utilizing different reliable selection tools and methods of filter.
  • Compile analytical and well documented reports to enhance efficiency of recruitment.
  • Compiling Recruitment Report
  • Be responsible for other duties assigned by section manager.

  • Boolean and email marketing expert to find and attract top passive candidates.
  • Has mastered the art of networking to identify and recruit outstanding passive candidates.
  • Great organizer. On top of all issues, always. Doesn't waste time presenting weak candidates.
  • Leverages technology (LinkedIn, ATS, CRM) to maximize candidate quality and personal productivity.

  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or Business and so on


  • 5 years in HR relative working experience and 2 years above expertise in recruiting experience.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc).
  • Ability to organize assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests etc).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management.
  • Experienced in oil industry or International Oil Company preferred.
  • Experienced in HR of Multinational Corporation preferred.
